1. What types of wigs do you offer?
We offer a wide range of premium-quality wigs, including lace front wigs, synthetic wigs, glueless styles, curly wigs, and human hair units. Each is designed for comfort, durability, and a natural look.


2. Are your wigs ready to wear?
Yes! Most of our wigs are beginner-friendly and come pre-plucked with adjustable straps. Some may require minor styling or customization for a perfect fit.


3. How do I choose the right wig for me?
You can browse by category, length, texture, and cap type. If you’re unsure, reach out to us at support@silquesociety.shop — we’re happy to help you find your perfect match!


4. How long does shipping take?
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on location:

  • U.S. orders: 4–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days


5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the hygienic nature of wigs, we currently do not accept returns on used or opened items. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


6. How do I care for my wig?
We recommend using sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Gently detangle from the ends upward with a wide-tooth comb. Store your wig on a stand to maintain its shape.


7. Do you offer custom orders?
We occasionally accept custom wig orders. Please email us with your request and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.


8. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also log in to your account on our website to track the status.
